System optimizers turning to tech support scams
PUP.Optional.DriverDoc is an AdwCleaner detection for a Windows system optimizer by Solvusoft. These so-called “system optimizers” use intentional false positives to convince users that their systems have problems. Then they try to sell you their software, claiming it will remove these problems.

Users may notice the DriverDoc GUI and matching icons on the desktop, in the Start menu, and on the Task bar. They may also see a Scheduled Task called DriverDoc Auto Start.
